SUITABILITY
Is it suitable for senior pets?
Yes. Many pet owners use our toppers to support appetite, digestion and daily vitality in older pets.
Is it suitable for puppies and kittens?
Introduce gradually and follow the feeding guide. For specific needs, consult your vet.
Is it suitable for sensitive stomachs?
Our toppers use simple ingredients and are often used for pets with sensitive digestion. Introduce gradually and monitor as with any dietary change.

How do I use it?
Sprinkle over your pet’s usual food and mix through if needed.
Can I use it with kibble, wet or fresh food?
Yes. It works with most feeding styles.
How much should I use?
Follow the feeding guide on each product page and adjust based on your pet’s needs.
How long does one pack last?
This depends on your pet’s size and serving amount. Most packs last between 20–60 days.

How do I place an order on your website?
To place an order, simply select the product you wish to purchase, choose the desired quantity, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment information.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our order tracking page.

We offer nationwide shipping across Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within Australia, but we are working on international shipping options. If you’re outside Australia, subscribe to our newsletter for updates on future availability.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow your pet’s new favourite supplement right to your door!
Can I change the shipping address for my order after it has been placed?
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.
Returns and Exchanges
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We take great care in packaging, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert email], and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return the product if my pet doesn’t like it?
Since pet food is a consumable item, we cannot accept opened packages for returns. However, if you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to our team—we are always happy to help!
